Birthdays

Today is my sister's birthday.  Another year older.  I can barely believe it.  She's getting older and soon it's going to be my turn.  Why can't people just stop aging?

Birthdays, instead of making me feel happy, actually creates the opposite effect.  I have never really enjoyed any of my birthdays as far as I remember.  I like the gifts but I would just wish the day to be over or never to come at all.   Specially now.  It just makes me realize everyone in my family is getting older specially my mom and dad.  It really sucks.
